Healthy Schools

We were accredited with the award of Healthy School Status. This means that we are a school that promotes physical and emotional health by providing accessible and relevant information and equipping students with the understanding, skills and attitudes to make informed decisions about their health. We want to be a school that understands the importance of investing in health to help students do their best, raise levels of their achievement and improve standards.

Activemark

Our school was awarded the Activemark, reflecting our commitment to ensuring that all pupils engage in at least two hours of high quality PE and school sport each week. We continue to improve the variety of PE/sports opportunities available to the children.

Quality Mark 

This award recognises the excellent provision we have to support the teaching of the basic skills of reading, writing and mathematics. Winning the award is a tribute to the brilliant team of teachers and teaching assistants at Theale C of E Primary. 

Nace Challenge Award

Theale C of E Primary School is delighted to have achieved the prestigious NACE Challenge Award for More Able, Gifted and Talented Pupils. This Award is given for high quality work by the whole school, teachers and governors, in challenging all pupils, including those with high abilities, to achieve their best.
