Welcome to our class! Our teacher is Miss Bowskill and our teaching assistants are Mrs Bennett and Mrs Rutland. Together we make up a happy and hardworking class! Every day is busy, full of a wide variety of lessons and subjects.
Our day starts with an English lesson, where we learn about stories, poems and non-fiction texts. We also practise our spellings and handwriting. We work hard to write pieces of our own work and use different types of grammar and punctuation, to make our writing exciting!

After break we use our problem solving and number skills in our maths lessons. There are lots of resources to help us become maths experts! We work hard on our times tables and also use Times Tables Rock Stars at home to perfect them.
We are lucky enough to have specialist teachers who teach us in some areas of the curriculum. We learn history, geography, science, computing, Art, life Skills, outdoor learning, RE and French.

On a Friday morning, we are taught dance by Claire, drama by Carrie, and music by Mr Morley. These sessions help us develop our confidence for performing in front of an audience.

We are a very hardworking class, who always work well as a team. We try our best in school to earn gems for our ‘houses’ and can see our pots filling up in the classroom. When we are in school, we follow our class rules and try our hardest every day!
